Brett Manson is Digital Pictures internationally renowned DI Lustre colourist. His unique creative approach earned him his role as colourist on Tsotsi, the 2006 Academy Award Winner for Best Foreign Film. His combined background in design and VFX gives him an exciting edge in the digital grading environment. His recent credits include Balibo (feature DI grade with Robert Connolly and Tristan Milani); Love the Beast (feature DI directed by Eric Bana released March 2009) and the HD TV Series Dirt Game (for Harvey Taft Productions).
Prior to joining Digital Pictures, Brett enjoyed a successful career at Video Lab (South Africa) where his work was recognised by the SASC (South African Society of Cinematography) with a Visual Spectrum Award in 2003 for Post-production Technician of the Year .
